If you want samples printed prior to production, we offer pre-producton sample prints. The price is higher due to intial setup costs.
To order samples choose a hat style, color (check for color availability), no of ink colors in your logo, and quantities.
Enter quantity of ink colors for the initial setup charges and add to cart.
You may also order blanks from us. You may order up to 1000 pieces per style.
Qty breaks are at 6-11, 12-23, 24-47, 48-71, 72-143, 144-287, and 288-1000.
(Once a setup charge has been paid and there are no further changes, then future reorders will not incur the charge again.)

Minimum order is 12 hats printed. Or you may order as little as 1 hat for samples.

Quantity breaks available at 12-24, 25-48, 49-72, 73-144, 145-288, 289-500, and 501-1000.

You must purchase in dozens per color.

Listed pricing includes a 1 color imprint at 12 quantity.

Setup charge: $15.00 per color (Add up to 4 colors one time setup charge. Additional art charges may apply.)

Standard Ship time is 10 working days.
To Place an Order:
First choose the style of trucker hat you want. Decide which color of hat from the middle section and select from the right side drop-down box.
Second, choose the quantity of ink colors your logo will contain. We can only go up to 4 colors.
Third, type in the quantity of hats you want per color, per style.
Fourth, enter a setup charge amount for the screen setup. If you have already entered in a previous setup charge than enter re-order. There is a one time setup charge. If you don't enter it in on the order, we will charge you anyway once the order is confirmed. We will, however, waive the setup charge on 500+ hats purchased. Example: If your design is 3 colors, enter 3 colors and add to cart.
Finally, after you finish the ordering process, upload your art and send us any further details you may want for your order.
