Follow the directions below to upload your art
We accept most major forms of artwork. Make sure all art either has the fonts included in the file or convert them to curves or outlines. A fax, .jpg, or a hard copy is generally a good idea so there is no conversion problems that may happen from computer to computer. We work on PC’s so please convert files from mac when possible.  

When art is being created in rasterized (bitmap) format, the best results start with a file of 200 to 300 dpi at 100% of the image size. This can be a rather large file so burn to CD. Please do not send files over 3 megs.

We accept most digital files from major art programs such as:

  • Corel Draw 12 (.cdr)
  • Adobe Illustrator 10 (.eps or .ai)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.jpg, .tif or .psd)
  • Microsoft Word (.doc)
  • Freehand 8 (.fh8 or .eps)
  • Embroidery digitized files (.dst + others) 

    If you have a file other than the ones listed, please call us to confirm the program or be directed to another method of creation.
